    Administration of multiple, concurrent projects from initiation through implementation. Deliver independently or support local property managers.

  • 2. Stakeholder Liaison

    Regular coordination with representatives, property managers and third-party entities. Liaison with contractors to ensure functional integration with site technologies and other critical matters.

  • 3. Communications

    Status updates and family briefings as well as facilitation of conferences with family and vendors to clarify issues, identify options and ensure informed decision-making across a wide range of issues.

  • 4. All Other Activities

    Services from pre- and post-project assessments, technical proposal reviews, cost estimates and service calls to vetting vendors, managing property access and escorting technicians onsite.
