As an assistant property manager at one of the most successful, privately owned residential rental home conglomerates in the south-central region of the United States, Kailey distinguished herself as highly capable in overseeing a complex portfolio of assets – managing a high-performance workforce, maintaining critical records, coordinating asset transitions and exchanges, and training personnel to define their goals clearly, in the context of the business’s objectives, and then exceed them.

Earlier in her career, she served as a leasing professional whose record of marketing properties, communicating with prospective buyers, maintaining high occupancy rates, and managing multiple concurrent projects led to a steady stream of promotions. During this period, Kailey was also consistently recognized as a top performer across the enterprise, earning the business’s Platinum and Bronze customer service awards in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
